Where can people go to find out more? It is a diagram on substantial, glossy, fold-out paper that is as durable as the cover of a paperback. I have been constantly stonewalled to one degree or another by medical professionals. Don’t freak out, work with the pain, and you can edplain only overcome it, but actually improve overtime.

Explain pain emphasises how it is largely mental and when living with pain managing it contributes mentally more than it does physically. What I took away from it which is what I think a physical therapist is to go slow, gradually raising your activity level knowing your pain won’t hurt you most importantlydoing exercises similar to the movements you want to do in different way This was recommended to me by a physical therapist for back pain and it does explain pain very well in an easy to understand way, the last few pages which were to do with moving past the pain seemed brief but since reading the book I have had less pain.
