The book includes step by step instructions but there are no normal origami diagrams there are pictures and than there is written sommething like fold triangel twists photo 3. My husband has been learning simple origami, and I read a book recently about a guy who was beaten, suffered brain damage, and became a genius who sees the repeated fractal patterns of nature everywhere I loved this book!
