That his name, Saul Laski, should be written into the history books. Despite the length of this huge novel I raced through the pages. Yeah, there are monsters, but they aren’t scary. Comfodt having the simmkns to know people’s thoughts, weaknesses, and secrets, and at the same time be able to make them do what you want them to do – without limit.
This book should come with a warning label, although that might ruin its amazing cover.

That was interesting, and Melanie’s scenes damn near steal the book. Some creepy, tense moments and horrifying characters.
His characters are realistic and great. Media reporter, reviewer, producer, guest booker, blogger. It lets us see into his journey and better explains why he is the way he is. I loved every word of every page.

Complete control, one from which there is no defense mental or physical, is certainly a frightening subject, and the opening set in Chelmno is pretty much stellar.
I can dig good writing no matter the style, but I don’t think it fit this subject matter. It is a long and gripping story that offers a different kind of vampirism.
