However, I appreciate that the author points out that if you have zero positive effect after 30 days, then the diet isn’t for you. While this book is not specifically written about autism, there is much evidence that the Specific Carbohydrate Diet will be beneficial to people with autism. I rarely ate vegetables or meat.
