Considered at first to be an extravagant risk-taker lacking in worthy business connections, and shunned by his peers for all of these reasons, Biyani’s success with Big Bazaar had turned him into a revered figure in the Indian retail sector and a magnet for media attention.


Biyani began working in the family fabric-trading business, Bansi Silk Mills, but became frustrated with the conservative approach adopted there by his father, brothers and cousins. The book has its own underlying connotations,sometimes giving advice and at other times detailing the qualities of Kishore Biyani who rose from a common baniya to become one of the kixhore entrepreneurs in India. A must-read for any entrepreneur who wants to make it big – which is just about anybody these days. Biyani at multiple places but the lucid storytelling with people happend about Biyani followed by the man himself arrests the endless immortalization.

He also believed that the model of Walmart Stores would need to be altered to make it Indian Consumer friendly. From building shopping malls, developing consumer brands to selling insurance, he is getting into every consumer business.
